Jasmine spends most of her time in awe of the abundance of gifts of the land. She has spent the last seven or so years learning and tending some of these gifts through weaving, hide tanning, herbalism and off grid living. Among these devotions she can also be found attending births or knitting in her little cabin in the middle of a sweet hay filled valley.
Summary: Join Jasmine Harrison in this day-long workshop at Earth Haven Farm! In this workshop we will learn together to weave small stake and strand baskets for harvesting berries, nuts, garlic or storing whatever small treasures you might have. Part of this workshop will involve some deeper relationship building opportunities to willow and dogwood through tea and meditation.
Logistics: We ask that participants please:
- Dress warm, with layers, as we will be in a partially heated greenhouse during the workshop.
- Bring a mug for tea and a dish or snack to share for Potluck lunch.
- Bring a knife if you have one.

Registration and Payment: Payment is due upon registration. To register, please email info@earthhaven.ca specifying the workshop that you wish to attend. If you wish to pay cash or send a cheque instead, please let us know so we can arrange this. Please note however that to guarantee your spot we need to receive payment in advance of the workshop. Provided there is enough room/ workshop materials, we will be accepting those who sign up/show up the day of the workshop.
