We're looking to build a partnership or create a land-share arrangement
We offer: a chance to start a business partnership with Earth Haven Farm, room and board on the beautiful farm property or depending upon your ambitions, you may rent space in the garden and/or greenhouse for your own business endeavours. We're hoping to grow friendships and community.
We're looking for people who are keen to share in the management of our greenhouse and market garden, are not shy of hard work and love being outdoors, work well in a team environment, are well organized, responsible entreprenuerial individuals who work well with others, and can commit to a full farm season.
Tasks include: helping with seeding, weeding, mulching, watering, harvesting, pick & pack on market days, helping out in the kitchen making preserves and other tasks as they come up.
Experience is an asset for these positions, being able to work well with other people, problem solve and be a thinker and a doer.
We are looking to build a lasting relationship with one or two people, or perhaps a family to come live here on the farm in a shared home or outbuilding with the shared goals of creating a business that has a base of feeding the soil. From that base we can grow anything. We are looking to share the work of the farm to further our collective dreams of living sustainably while generating wealth through working together. We aspire to develop a base knowledge of structuring community meetings to build on cohesive relationship to further our goals.

- Lease all of or part of our established gardens currently being used for garlic and market garden produce.
- Live off farm and commute to and from Earth Haven Farm while you manage the above
- Live on the farm and rent the farmhouse while you manage the above.
