Description
Green tomato chutney is a condiment made from unripe tomatoes. It is popular in many cuisines, particularly in South Indian cooking, where it is known as “Pachi Tomato Pachadi.” With its wonderful sweet/tangy taste it is great on everything from hotdogs, hamburgers, to toast, bagels and whatever you can come up with. Give it a try.
Store jam in a cool, dry place. It’ll last up to 18 months. Once you break the seal on the jar, keep it in the fridge.
