Beef – Various Cuts

We have just butchered and various meat cuts are now available. They won’t last long as we sell most of our meat in Toronto at the Evergreen Brickworks farmers market on Saturdays. If you wish to purchase steaks, roasts, specific bones, or organ meats you need to speak directly with Aric, as he is on top of our meat inventory. Call him on his cell at 613-921-7974. For local orders, it is best to call him in advance to make sure what you are looking for is available. Best days to stop by the farm is Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Please note; we only butcher a couple times a year, so meat is not always available. If you have a freezer, we encourage you to stock up.
