Description

Baba ganoush is a delicious dip from the Middle East and Mediterranean, made with roasted eggplant instead of chickpeas. It’s similar to hummus but with a distinctive smoky flavour that sets it apart from other dips. Absolutely delicious served with crackers, veggies, nachos or other finger foods.

Ingredients:  eggplant, tahini, lemons, olive oil, and salt.
