Food Sovereignty – Grow a 3 Sisters Garden

Come out and join us. Learn about this traditional native companion planting of corn, beans and squash.  Gather with us once a month.  Participate in ceremony, meditation, friendships and connections with the food and the land. At the end of the season, share in the harvest and take away seed and food for yourself, your family and your community.

Extended Potluck Lunch – bring something to share with the group
Lets talk about lyeing corn, cleaning beans, storing squash and making soup
Evening – Optional campfire
